Work Structure: The HR Manager – LATAM will be based at our El Salto, MX office in a hybrid capacity, with a combination of onsite & remote workdays. 

Position Overview: As HR Manager for the LATAM Region, you will empower INNIO’s growth by partnering with leaders and employees to deliver impactful HR solutions. You’ll drive employee engagement, development, and operational excellence for our dynamic teams of 100+ professionals in Mexico, Brazil, Peru and beyond. The HR Manager – LATAM will facilitate cross-country and cross-regional collaboration, supporting managers and leading various HR projects throughout the region. The main business functions supported are sales and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide employee relations, engagement, and performance development from onboarding and throughout the employee lifecycle. 
 
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for sales and service functions.
 
  • Coach managers and employees on HR topics, policies, and compliance.
 
  • Collaborate with global HR and Talent Development teams to implement business-driven HR strategies.
 
  • Support cross-country assignments and facilitate collaboration across the region.
 
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
 
  • Analyze HR data to recommend actionable improvements.
 
  • Conduct HR trainings and support functional processes.
 
  • Manage confidential employee data and partner with third-party HR providers, including overseeing payroll processes with external providers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
     
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ Human Resources experience, ideally in global-matrixed multinational environments.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office), HRIS experience (Workday; Jobvite a plus).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and collective agreements.
